Dominique Ansel Bakery

Dominique opened his celebrated Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York’s Soho neighborhood in November 2011. Centered upon the idea of creativity, the Bakery is the birthplace of many of Dominique’s signature desserts, including the DKA (Dominique’s Kouign Amann), Cookie Shot, Frozen S’mores, Blossoming Hot Chocolate, and the Cronut®.

Our newest shop is a celebration of croissants,  located right inside of our pastry production kitchens here in Flatiron, NYC, just a block up from Madison Square Park. Stop in for a taste of all different types of croissants and breakfast viennoiserie, stroll to the park, and enjoy!

Las Vegas! We’re so excited to debut Dominique Ansel Las Vegas at Caesars Palace, now open daily in the heart of The Strip. Chef Dominique Ansel’s iconic pastries are making their Las Vegas debut, along with a Lucky 7 collection of pastries made exclusively for the city.
