A beef tongue specialist in the middle of a quiet suburban neighborhood, where you can try different parts of the tongue, starting off with the thinner slices and then moving on to the thicker ones. They grill the thinnest pieces first, to maintain the cleanliness of the grill. There’s two different types: one that’s simply salted, and one that’s negitori with lots of tiny scallions.
