A little hidden spot in Minato-ku with just 6 seats at the bar, where Chef Kadowaki serves a traditional kaiseki with in-season local ingredients, always with a little twist. He always wears an Hermes tie, and I think that’s kind of how he approaches his food too – it’s classic but there’s always that little elegant flair and extra touch.
