NOW OPEN! A new concept by Chef Dominique Ansel exploring his love of Asian bread culture. Dedicated to his two young children, who are Taiwanese and French, “Papa d’Amour” means “Papa, my love” in French. “It’s what my kids call me,” says the chef. “Especially when they want something.”

We love blending cultures, techniques, and memories in the world of pastry. And we all know that when Papa is in the kitchen, there are no rules.

Summer Marché is BACK in SoHo starting tomorrow! Every summer, we transform our entire pastry case into a farmers market full of fresh fruit tarts, featuring the most beautiful fresh fruit from around the world. Here on Spring Street FRI. JULY 10 - SUN. JULY 26 only. 
This year’s Summer Marché includes:

Mango & Horchata for July’s Cronut®-of-the-month in SoHo NYC. Mango jam + creamy horchata ganache with a hint of cinnamon and almond. How we do 4th of July at @papadamournyc: Salt Bread Wagyu Pigs-in-Blanket, with buttery salt bread topped with fleur de sel, wrapped around Wagyu beef mini hot dogs. Yuzu ponzu and horseradish Dijon aioli dips on the side. Available now through July 17th only. Happy 4th! 😎🌭🎉

Heatwave = our butter-dipped soft serve two ways at @papadamournyc: 
🧈🍦 Our original Butter Vanilla Soft Serve: vanilla bean soft serve dipped in an Isigny Ste. Mère French butter shell (with a mochi surprise at the bottom of the cone)
🌽 Our new Elotes Sweet Corn Butter Soft Serve: sweet corn soft serve dipped in Isigny Ste. Mère French butter, topped with Cotija cheese and Tajin for a salty spicy kick, with a fresh lime wedge to squeeze overtop
