Ginger Pinecone Cake
Our Gingerbread Pinecone Cake is a stunning addition to any table or special occasion, made with ginger mousse, speculoos ganache, and a soft spiced cake, finished with a beautiful chocolate pinecone on top, made with 60-70 hand-cut tiny chocolate petals, and a flurry of powdered sugar to finish.
About 8” sized cake, serves roughly 6-8 guests.
Please keep all cakes refrigerated until serving. Do not keep cakes outside for more than 30 minutes. Handle delicately as our cakes are very fragile. Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.
