Pineapple Pear Tart
Our Golden Pineapple Pear Tart is made with Fresh Sliced Bartlett Pears, Pineapple Ganache, Pear Frangipane and Pear Jam. It all sits in a Vanilla Sable Tart Shell and is topped with Ripe Golden Pineapple and Lime Zest.
Please keep all cakes refrigerated until serving. Do not keep cakes outside for more than 30 minutes. Handle delicately as our cakes are very fragile. Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.
