Pear Mousse Cake
We're loving lots of fragrant pear flavor for the fall season. Over the top, there's a caramelized Bosc pear gelée and on the inside, a roasted hazelnut praliné cremeux, luxurious Champagne mousse, and a homemade Speculoos cookie crumb at the base. An elegant delicious cake for whatever your occasion!
Please keep all cakes refrigerated until serving. Do not keep cakes outside for more than 30 minutes. Handle delicately as our cakes are very fragile. Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.
