Lime Me Up Tart
A lime tart with a twist. Made with juniper-lime curd in a vanilla sablé tart shell and a soft lime mousse on top. Sprinkle the juniper brown sugar mixture onto the lime mousse, squeeze fresh lime juice on top to form an instant caramel, and enjoy!
Please keep all cakes refrigerated until serving. Do not keep cakes outside for more than 30 minutes. Handle delicately as our cakes are very fragile. Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.
