Our Fig and Almond Mousse Cake is made with Toasted White Almond Mousse and Fig Gelée with a hint of Kirsch on a soft Pistachio Financier base. Topped with fresh sliced Black Mission Figs
Please keep all cakes refrigerated until serving. Do not keep cakes outside for more than 30 minutes. Handle delicately as our cakes are very fragile. Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.
