This weekend, Dominique Ansel Bakery is turning 5 years old! Back in November 2011, on a quiet stretch of Spring Street in Soho, Chef Dominique opened our little bakery with just four employees. Flash forward to 2016, hundreds of creations later (check out the timeline above for just a few of them!), meeting thousands of guests, wedding proposals in the Cronut® line, a sister shop in the West Village and now across the world in Tokyo and London, we’ll always remember our very first days and welcoming in our first guests, so many of whom we still see today. Thank you to everyone who has visited us from all over the worlds these past 5 years.
We have some surprises for you all this weekend – from FRIDAY-SUNDAY, we’re bringing our #Onigiri soft serve from@DABJapan and #Banoffee Paella from@DominiqueAnselLondon here to NYC for the first time.
